Very nice, huge house!

It’a a great house in a nice neighborhood. The house is very clean and a good size. I would stay there again.

Heather's place was clean and located in a convenient and safe area. Her place came equipped with just about everything you need for a family vacation. I would definitely stay again.

It is a wonderful, splendid, magical accommodation, 15min from the parks. A very luxurious and quiet condominium, the house 100 of 100 ... we had an amazing time and the host very attentive to everything ... Thank you for everything and highly recommended!

Plenty of space here and perfect for a handicap traveler. Has a crockpot and nice cookware. It’s very clean and has washer and dryer. I would recommend Heathers place for anyone!!

Nice quiet community of cottages on 30A. Convenient beach access and a short walk across 30A right at a marked crosswalk. Lovely private master upstairs with two secondary bedrooms downstairs. One with two set of bunks (we did not use) and the other with a queen which was not the most comfortable bed I ever slept in but OK. Kitchen very well equipped and everything was spotless. Nice screen porch big enough for both gathering and having a meal. Another screen porch is located off the master upstairs. We found the cottage super clean and the check in could not have been easier with a key located in a lockbox by front door.

It was a great stay!

This place is in a great location! There were lots of linens available, as well as a well stocked kitchen. Pool was very clean. The house was very clean as well. The set up was perfect for our family, having the 3 king beds downstairs worked perfect.

Home was accurate as listed. Themed bedrooms, pool and game room were all fantastic. Large flat screen TV's in all the bedrooms including the upstairs living room and game room. A fully stocked kitchen with all the necessary silverware, cookware and seating was greatly appreciated. The entire home was in mint condition as it is a new home in a fabulous resort neighborhood. Conveniently located to many shops, restaurants and Disneyworld. Gorgeous amenities such as multiple washers and dryers, electronic fireplace w/ heat and large living room sectionals were amazing touches. The pool table provided adult entertainment while the air hockey occupied the kids. One of the most amazing features of the home was the living room sliding glass window that completely opened up the living room to the back patio and swimming pool ! The themed bedrooms were exquisite and had many details that were quite breathtaking. The master bedroom suite downstairs had a large walk-in shower and provided complete privacy from the rest of the second floor bedrooms. I had researched hundreds of vacation homes in the area and this home proved to be the best selection for our vacation.

Property was nice and the beds were comfy. Close to Disney and not too far from Universal. Overall, this was a very nice place and I would recommend staying here if you have a big family and cannot afford the prices of the on property hotels. Heather and William always responded promptly with any questions I had. Thanks again for a great stay.

A wonderful house to stay for vacation, so close to Disney!!!

The house is stylish and extremely clean! Brand new electronics and appliances. I felt at home! The neighborhood is very cute. Very good experience!!

The condo is very beautiful and organized. Everything went in complete tranquility. Check in very efficient and fast. We were greeted at the concierge by a very nice lookout, Ramon. We stayed 4 nights in December 2019 in 4 couples. The location is very close to everything one needs. There is a Walmart for about 2km to do the shopping of the week. If you want to enjoy the life of an American I think this is one of the best opportunities.

This was absolutely beautiful and the photos were definitely accurate and on point! Great location to theme parks, shopping, food and other attractions! Plan time to spend at the villa to explore amenities. Definitely worth every penny spent!

My family and I really enjoyed the home and all of the amenities! We had 13 Adults and 3 children. It had so much space to accommodate everyone! We didn’t even use all of the space. We loved the neighborhood and the location. It was very close to the parks and the airport. We couldn’t have asked for a better place! We would definitely recommend this property to our friends and other family members.

Great space for a group, was in a nice neighborhood and not too far from all of the attractions in Orlando! Had all of the basic amenities, with stores nearby if you forgot to bring anything or needed more.

Awesome Place, Great Host!

We just left and it was a great location and inexpensive especially having to accommodate multiple adults and children comfortably, there was a space for everyone to feel not so on top of each other. The pool area is nice and has a safety gate for kids. Love that 3 bedrooms had king beds as well. The manager was very informative on check in and out procedure.

We loved staying here. It was a great location close to the parks but a little quieter to relax. The kitchen had all that we needed to cook some meals and there was a lots of space for the whole family to spread out. The kids loved the splash pool and resort pool too. We would definatly stay here again on future vacations!

I recommend this house at 100%, a very nice, comfortable house, with all the facilities and at a good price. And the best that is close to everything.

The house had beautiful decor and it was an area where you could get to things if needed (grocery store, gas station, movie theater and so on). Our group of 9 stayed and we all enjoyed ourselves. Check-in and check-out were seamless. The house was very spacious and decorated nicely. Linens were clean and there were plenty of pots and pans provided to make meals at the house. The kids loved the pool. Tennis rackets were available for us to take advantage of playing on the courts located very close to the home. About a half hour drive from Disney and Universal- very easy to get to and from. We would all recommend staying here and hope to be back.

Wonderful condo.. Spacious and reasonably priced. Kept really nice. Worked perfect for our family of 5 during our Disney stay. Only 15 minutes away.

Plenty of room for our two families of teens, parents and grandparents. The house is in a new resort community about 20-30 minutes from Disney property. The beds are comfy! A nice place to return to after a full day of fun in the parks.

To access, you have to pass a security check which gives tranquility to be inside the resort. The games for boys, next to the house, are very good and as seen in the photo. A few miles from the resort there is a Publix that has everything to buy food and equip the house with the necessary supplies for the stay and a gas station to load gasoline. With respect to the house: IT IS SPECTACULAR, it is as it is seen in the photos. We were 4 families (12 people in total) and we never felt tight or lacking in space. The house is huge, the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. When we arrived the house was spotless in terms of cleanliness. Regarding the location of the Resort to the parks of Disney and Universal is fine. It takes approximately 30 minutes to arrive (it may be a little more depending on traffic) which is more than good. Finally, the house has a parking space for 2 large cars without problems. The experience we had was EXCELLENT! Thank you!!

This three bedroom rental with pool was just what we needed for the Thanksgiving Holiday. It has easy access to Disney, Universal and SeaWorld. Just what we needed. We would stay again.

Great for the entire family! Could not have ask for a better place to stay! We all had our own privacy. The inside pool was wonderful to relax in after walking all day at Disney! Would definitely stay again!

The villa is in a great location for Disney and beyond and the local amenities are easily accessible. The villa itself has been renovated to a very high standard and provides all of the conveniences I have come to expect of a villa in this area. There was only the two of us staying so we only used one of the bedrooms and didn’t bother with the pool but with four bedrooms it easily accommodates a large family. I particularly like this area of Four Corners as it is a quiet neighbourhood but close to all of the attractions. Finally, the south facing patio is a must to take in the rays when not visiting the attractions. I would highly recommend this villa.

The house was great. It had everything we were looking for. The two dish washers and two fridges come in very handy. And also two sets of washer and dryers.

Was glad the house looked just like the pictures! It was so spacious and more than enough room for our family of 5. 2-3 family’s could easily share the space. We loved the sliding glass doors that opened the back up into a connecting indoor outdoor space. We also really enjoyed the large pool and play area over at the clubhouse for our kids. Very clean area and was never too crowded to find a chair. I believe the closest store was about 10 minutes away, and it was an easy drive to the Disney park. We had a great stay and would definitely book again.

I don't know where to start. This place is so beautiful, and well kept. Everything is clean, and the kitchen is amazing to work in. Within 100m there is a nice clubhouse with a nice heated pool, and a amazing hot tub which had a nice temperature even though we had very cold weather. The whole area is also quiet so you can really relax. The place seems also much bigger than expected from the pictures, and you can easily sleep six adults. I give this place my best recommendations.

Our stay here was amazing! The house was beautiful. Beach access was super close. So many things to do within a short drive in every direction. We had a group of 10 and this home was plenty space to accommodate all of us comfortably. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area!

We were very comfortable with our family of 9. The gated community neighborhood was safe and quiet. We were about 20 minutes from disney and 30 minutes from universal. Rt 192 has a lot of lights and delays. We would stay here again.

The home is an amazing find that is large and spacious. Its best feature is the patio with family size patio table right beside your own personal screened in pool and spa. Pool toys provided make for hours of fun and relaxation!

This was our 1st time renting an Airbnb and this place just RUINED any chance of us ever renting a hotel again. We loved it. The pictures didn't do the place justice. It was amazingly clean, the check in was super easy and the location was central to everything we wanted to see and do. We will definitely be back next year!

This is a great option if you are looking to save $$ while visiting in the Disney area. We commuted each morning during rush hour between Championsgate and the Dolphin/Swan hotels and on average the commute was about 20 minutes. The home is beautifully appointed and provides both comfort and privacy. I would recommend it not only to conference goers but those visiting the parks with their families. It would be great for a large family or group of friends.

Great stay, and close to Disney.

This was my first time renting a vacay home and I was a little nervous about the whole process But with Heather everything was easy! She was always quick to response and answered any of my questions! The home was great and my family of five had plenty of room Even though we never had the chance to use the pool it’s a nice touch right outside your door!

The place was very spacious and it was very clean, they also had pots and pans to cook with. The security was an extra touch that made the place safer.

This townhouse was fabulous. It was perfect for our family gathering to send our daughter, son-in-law and our granddaughters off to Lanstul Regional Med Ctr in Germany. The townhouse is a modern sanctuary. Everyone had their own room and bathroom. The spa pool was our daughter's and granddaughter's sanctuary. They also made use of our access to the community pool. Great place and I would definitely stay again.

This was a very nice property overall. It was very nicely decorated and equipped with a wide variety of cooking supplies and dishware. We didnt have a need to communicate with the property managers during our 7 day stay as we didnt encounter any problems but we did receive our check-in instructions and guidelines right after booking. I would definitely stay here again. We've stayed on the Championsgate resort for the past 6 years and this was definitely one of the nicer properties that we've stayed in.

This is our favorite neighborhood to stay in on 30A. You can’t ask for a better location in regards to proximity to shops and restaurants. The home was exactly as described and was very nice being tucked away at the end of the street. Very easy walk to pool and beach, would be great for kids, we didn’t bring ours this trip but it would be great for families with children.

The house was huge and exactly what we needed for space. Great floor plan, the rooms are large and there was a place to unpack clothes and feel at home. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Overall the house was very clean and definitely well worth the money. Distance to the theme parks was great.

Great location, just with in minutes to several parks. Lot's of restaurant's, grocery store's and other business's with in a short drive. It is nice to have a lazy river and club house to go to when we wanted to take a swim and the staff seemed friendly. The condo is spacious with plenty of room to move about and the furniture is nice.

The condo is in a great location with many food choices only a minute or two away including WaWa for those in the Northeast!!! The parks are also a quick drive only about 8-15 minutes away depending on the park, you can’t be the location. The screened in porch was a nice place to eat dinner at the end of the day.

This place was so lavish, clean and overall amazing! Me and my friends had a wonderful time celebrating my birthday, the kitchen was fully stocked it was so surprising how much they offered to have a comfortable stay. A great option for vacationers with small children!

We stayed for almost 2 weeks. Everything was as described and was very clean. It is really spacious and quiet in neighborhood and Disney is just around the corner. The clubhouse is a nice add on. Safe area. So we can absolutely recommend to stay there.

This is a great place to stay. Very quiet and secluded. The back deck was wonderful at night. Nice and quiet. It is a pleasant walk to the beach and an easy bike ride to Rosemary or the Hub. A perfect location between Rosemary and Seaside.

I was pleased and relieved that the home was exactly as posted! The decor, location, and cleaniness was awesome. I will book this stay for future visits. I left the home in the great condition that I found it in and I hope others will do the same!

Everyone enjoyed the house. Lots of room for the toddlers to run around and play. House was very clean, loved the location next to the resort pool and splash pad for the kids. Owners were very quick with responses to any questions we had. If we go again we will be looking to stay here.

The Solara Resort is gorgeous! Everything is brand new. The home was very large and clean and the amenities were spectacular. The splash pad and restaurant were an awesome bonus. We would definitely stay again!

A very safe closed condominium. The townhouse was very clean and comfortable, especially in the first floor, which is such as the photos and larger. We kept up a good communication with Heather, who always responded to our quick and cordial queries. On the side of the condominium there is a Walmart which facilitates the logistics of travel and the surrounding area with many shops and restaurants and fast food. Disney parks are about 15-20 minutes away. We highly recommend!

Owners/managers are typically prompt in their communication. This home is nicely appointed and offers great space for larger groups, whether family or friends. We hosted a retreat for moms of chronically ill children. It was just right. I love that the ENTIRE house could accommodate our group evenly.

This place was amazing. There are lots of places to rent in Orlando, but this is definitely one of the better places and neighborhoods. The place was immaculate. There is a pool, washer, and dryer. The location was an acceptable drive from Disney, where my wife was attending a conference and my kids and I were visiting the parks. I would want to stay here or in a place in the same neighborhood when I come back to Orlando.

Large, spacious rental! My family of 6 adults plus one toddler felt like we each had our own private wings of the house to retreat to at the end of a long theme park day. We went to Disney every day during our stay and it took us about 25 mins each way. We liked how close the rental was to 192 (which has a ton of restaurants, shopping, drug stores, grocery, etc).

My family and I stayed at this property for a trip to the Orlando area and we loved it! The house was really spacious and was equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The pool and spa at the house was great, and the clubhouse pool and lazy river was amazing. The fact that it is a few steps from the backyard was an added bonus. The stay in Kissimmee was amazing. This condo has all the services required for a family vacation. The houses are very spacious, very well equipped and decorated. To highlight, the atmosphere of tranquility we live. I would definitely stay there again, together with my family for a future vacation. The house was exactly what was needed for two families with kids to stay. The trip was booked to visit Disney for two days while there. The drive was perfect and was exactly what we were looking for. I would surly stay at this property again if that helps and if you're looking for a family place that allows you to have adult time at night this house is it for sure.

We arrived and was able to get into the house with no trouble and the amenities were the highlight from a private pool to the onsite clubhouse, lazy river, hot tub and pool. It was definitely worth the cost my family enjoyed it so much we didn't want to leave and already planning trip number#2!

The cottage was perfect for our family of 4. We had a great time! It was clean and cute! We were able to easily walk to the beach and pool. Plus, our screened in porch felt more private than some....perfect for playing cards and hanging out. The ocean water was crystal clear! We particularly enjoyed that the beach wasn’t overly crowded. We just had to walk a few steps to our beach chairs. We highly recommend!

Very Clean space! Everything as pictured and this place is very updated and cute with decor!! It is in close proximity to Seaside and Rosemary Beach restaurants and shopping! Be prepared for lots of stairs down to the beach area, but it is a very easy walk to the beach gate. Stairs are in all the areas in this region, not just this area in particular.

We had a large group of 11 on a Disney vacation. This rental was exactly as pictured and described. We were very pleased with the space and the great resort community amenities. The whole process was very smooth from start to finish. We plan to go back again!

The house was very spacious. The bathroom in the downstairs bedroom was amazing since it had 2 shower heads. This worked well for us since we like different water temperatures. We absolutely loved the fact that each bedroom had it's own full bathroom and there was an additional half bath downstairs.

Such a cute house! We enjoyed spending our evenings on the covered patio and the beds were super comfortable to sleep in. Everything you could ever need is in the kitchen and there were so many cute shops and places to eat just up the road. We loved how quiet and clean the neighborhood was. This rental was so amazing! We had an almost 2 year old and 5 year old and the beach was convenient for both of them to walk. The pool was also nearby! We had plenty of space and the 3 bathrooms really helped with everyone getting ready after the beach days. It was a great rental and our second time renting it! We still love the house!

The community is very nice with nice amenities. We had 8 (4 adults and 4 children) in our party and there was plenty of room for all of us. The location is reasonably close to all Disney theme parks and made it easy to travel to them. We really enjoyed our time here and will look at staying here again for future trips to the area.

Washer and dryer is available so you can have everything already clean and ready to unpack when you get home! Kitchen is stocked with all utensils and appliances neccessary to eat in and save money!! Very nice screened in patio with splash pool perfect for kids during the day to play in and adults at night to lounge in and sip on some wine or beer! Near almost everything you can possibly think of, from Disney, to Premium/International Outlet Malls, Universal studios, Water Parks, Legoland, Tours, Food, Grocery, and MORE! I recommend HIGHLY to book now before its taken!

Our stay was great! The house itself is very equipped with everything you could need! Kitchen appliances, nice linens... I was pleased to see it also had a good amount of towels/wash cloths. Our stay here was perfect. From the private pool to the resort pool the kids couldn’t get enough. The place felt like home away from home. Always kept cool. The three showers proved super efficient when trying to sleep in the extra 15 minutes. Located just outside of the chaos of the parks it was in a quiet and traffic free part of town. Half hour drives to Universal Studios and to the Disney parks. I will 100% book this place in the future if available.

Each Magnolia cottage feels secluded due to the trees and greenery planted between houses. This location is a short walk to the beach and is close to the pool, which was great! It was the perfect refreshing place to end the day. Kitchen was well-equipped with pans, appliances, and storage containers.

I take a family trip twice a year and I really enjoyed staying in this lovely house.

Beautiful home. Everything was very accurate as it is described. Our family enjoyed every amenity provided with the resort location as well. Very clean, spacious and welcoming. Host was always very prompt with any question or concerns. Would definitely recommend. Disney parks are about 20ish minutes away. And lots of restaurants along the way. Target is also a short drive in case we needed groceries or anything we may have forgotten. Kitchen has enough supplies at hand to whip up a full breakfast or dinner. Thank you.

This is a fantastic spot for anyone who loves a quiet, restful beach experience. This house sits in a neighborhood that I compare to Disney's Port Orleans Resort because it has a similar environment and feel in my opinion. In the Magnolia Cottages neighborhood, the house sits at the end of a little lane, surrounded by the natural Florida woodlands environment, which adds a wonderful secluded private feeling. There are only residential properties in the near vicinity (within at least a mile radius or so). Sitting on the north side of 30A, the neighborhood is a quiet development, yet right in the middle of the 30A area, so all of The Hub and Rosemary Beach community fun spots are short bike rides away (2-3 miles in either direction). Beach access in this area is limited, so there were not crowds on the beach. Instead, we basically had the same neighbors on the beach all week which were nice, considerate people. The beach experience could not be better in my view. The cottage seems fairly new, is very well maintained, clean, and has all you need. Our best meal was a fresh grouper dinner fixed in that kitchen (I recommend Goatfeathers Fish Market near Seaside). The upstairs balcony off the master bedroom offered a fantastic spot for morning coffee and was very comfortable even in late June. So, if you choose this property, and I highly recommend it, please take great care of it! I hope to return and would like to enjoy it just as it is!

Great place! House is spacious and accomadated our family of 10 perfectly. Perfect location in the community as it is in a quiet corner and has tons of privacy in the back. Our family didn't even go to the community pool as the kids in our group (ages 2, 6, 7, and 9) didn't want to leave the house pool. If you're looking for a great place for a family vacay I'd definitely recommend checking it out.

The house had a great amount of space for our family of nine. The keyless entry was convenient and easy. Champions Gate with a large pool, lazy river, splash pad, tiki bar/ club with work out area, arcade etc. was really nice to have with the property. The location was also convenient for us to travel to Disney, Discovery Cove and all the theme parks.

Enjoyed every minute in this fabulous villa! Will definitely use it again when we head to Flordia again!

We absolutely loved this home! This was our favorite rental so far in Seacrest! The home is decorated so lovely and we loved the screen porch! Such a short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location with tons of space for a large group or family. The pool is a good size and the clubhouse with the big pool and such isn’t far at all. Everything was clean and nicely decorated.

Four families (8 adults and 5 kids), the house layout was excellent. Having a pool just outside the door was fantastic and our kids couldn’t wait to get home from Disney each day to go to the community pool with its slides and lazy river floats. We’d highly recommend to others.

Nice location.

A charming beach retreat. A quiet community tucked one block away from the oceanfront, but a close walk to your private walkway to the beach. The master bedroom was truly a “retreat” from the rest of the home. The screened in front porch was quite relaxing for morning coffee & evening conversations.

If you have a small extended family this is the place to stay! There is everything you could ask for! The pool is literally across the street and the beach is clean, quiet and shallow! Perfect for young children. We will be back!

We were very happy with our experience. The property was clean and well cared for-with everything you would need for a week's stay. My family (2 adults, 3 teenage boys, and a 10 year old) had plenty of room. The pool was a very short walk-just across the street, and the beach access was less than a 5 minute walk. The private beach is beautiful and not at all crowded. The community is quiet and family oriented-close to Seaside and activities in PCB or Destin. The house itself had everything we needed-from kitchen accessories and a grill to plenty of board games for the rare rainy day. The covered porches upstairs and downstairs were great for morning reading or lately afternoon naps. We have stayed at a number of properties in the 30A area in the past 10 years and this is one of the best locations we've found. We will definitely be back! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

The house was is a great location, close to restaurants and the grocery store as well as only a short distance to the resorts and Disney Springs. Close enough for a short trip back to cool off in the pool before heading back to the resorts for another round. Definitely a place to stay next time you're in town!

This place was clean. The amenities were all great. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the condo was.

My family and I were traveling to Disney on vacation. This spacious 5 bedroom condo provided all we needed. It was clean and homely. Lots of towels. The kitchen was furnished with everything needed though we hardly cooked anything. I will definitely stay here again. They get a rating 5 out 5 from me. Thanks again for letting us stay with you.

Our group loved it. It was very close to the themes parks with shopping and food a mere inches away (Cracker Barrel!!!!) The home was wonderfully homey and made the four of us feel right at home. We had been traveling for some time before getting to Orlando and appreciated all the amenities offered - especially the washer and driver! If we ever do go back and visit, we’d love to stay here again!

You can expect a very spacious, stylish and affordable space to enjoy with family and friends while in Orlando. A super short drive to Disney parks, Universal and Sea World. Also very convenient to shopping, restaurants and other entertainment. The community is quiet and gated and tenants are friendly. Host is responsive and it is an excellent choice for families.

Heather's home was spotless, spacious, and accurately reflected in the photographs. I was traveling with my husband, our two young children, and my mother. The check-in directions were clear, which was a relief because we arrived very late that evening. Location - The Disney parks were about a 25 minute drive away, so not bad at all. Walmart was the closest food store we found, and took about 15 minutes to get there. Cable and TVs in all rooms.

My husband and I came down to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary with both our moms , our daughter, our grandson and soon to be son-in-law. We had plenty of room for everyone. The bedrooms were nice and comfortable. My grandson stayed in the pool when we were at the house. Our family sit out on the porch at nights telling stories. Everyone really enjoyed themselves and didn’t want to leave.

When you first walk into the house, it looks amazing! The house was clean, the pool looked gorgeous. I was extremely happy with my stay!

The property is as advertised! The kitchen has everything you need. We grilled out most nights while enjoying the screen porch. The beds are extremely comfortable as well as the living room furniture. Short walk to the beach and very short walk to the pool! We would stay again!

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay! It was affordable with plenty of food places and stores nearby! It was very convenient having a bathroom for each room. I’m so glad we booked with Heather, she’s super responsive and her condo was affordable and close to Disney World. I didn’t expect the condo to be as big as it was or the bed sheets and pillow cases to be really soft. I’d definitely book with Heather again!

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your unit! It is beautiful! We loved escaping the thousands of people everyday at the parks and coming back to your quiet retreat. We enjoyed the pool/hot tub within walking distance of the home. The water was warm, clean, and silky smooth and open from 8am-11pm. We were there alone both times! The drive is 20-25 minutes from Disney and Universal but the area was worth staying away from the hustle and bustle of it all. Not only is it a gated community, but it is well patrolled by security. The unit is on the second floor, but you have access to an elevator.

This rental property is nicely decorated and really close to all Disney properties and Universal. The pool was very clean and relaxing and the grill was great. I would come back!

We stayed 4 nights in this house, it what we expected very spacious and comfortable for 12 people.

This place is amazingly beautiful and sparkling clean! It has new and very stylish modern furniture and decoration. It also has all the appliances and utensils you need for a great stay. GREAT PLACE TO STAY!

It is a very spacious and comfortable place. It is very well located. 5/10 minutes from Disney parks and 20 from Universal parks. Everything was impeccable when we arrived. The kitchen is very well equipped. The rooms are spacious and bright. We did not use the pool, but we saw that it was in good condition too. There is a Wallmart quite close. I definitely recommend it!

The home was beautiful! Our family of 12 were here for a graduation, and this house and the amenities of the Oasis Club were more than we could have asked for. All the kids and even the adults were in a pool daily. There was plenty of inside gathering space as well as outdoor enjoyment space. We really hated to leave. Just be sure to bring ALL the little extras you need for a home. They tell you in advance, so just take heed to that list.

Beautiful home located in the middle of everything. A lot of space and big rooms to accommodate a large family. Pool was great but don’t forget the heat! We also added a grill.

It was great staying here. It is located within a 15 minute drive to all the Disney parks and Disney Springs. The kitchen had everything we needed to have a hot meal every morning. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was great. Check-in was super easy, punch in the codes and you’re good to go. Same with Check-out. Heather was quick with responding to any questions I had.We really enjoyed staying here. It was nice and much better than any hotel room that we could have gotten. I would recommend staying here to anyone.

We were in Orlando for two weeks, the house was perfect for all of us. Overall I would come back and stay.

The house is in a great location for Disney World. It was perfect size for 10 guests. Nice pool in backyard and nice pool/water slides within neighborhood. Community is gated and secure. I highly recommend this location to visit the Disney parks.

Our family of 5 (16 yrs. and 2 college aged, me and my wife) stayed as this very comfortable, beautiful home and enjoyed every minute we were there. House was stocked with everything needed. House was very comfortable and we especially enjoyed sitting on the screened porch every morning. The beach is a very short walk from the house and the complex was beautiful and we met several of our neighbors while we were there! If you want to relax and unwind, this is the perfect place to do it!

The condo was amazing. The view OUTSTANDING!!. The team was very prompt at replying to any questions that we had sent them during our stay. Let me tell you........ The master bedroom IS a 2nd HEAVEN!!!!! I definitely plan on staying here again. Renters/tenants were SUPER friendly! The environment and property VERY CLEAN. The elevator smelled fresh everyday. NO disturbances. SUPER CLOSE to Pier Park and other locations. WE LOVED IT!!!!!!!

Our family very much enjoyed our stay at this beautiful pool home. It was super clean and has a beautiful pool and lanai. The owners communicated well and were very responsive.

This property was squeaky clean inside and out. Lovely setting in the woods and just a few minute walk to the beach. Our favorite part was the screened in, private back porch. We were impressed that the screening was even under the porch. Therefore, no critters or bugs. Wonderful! Very comfortably furnished inside. We loved it and would stay there again.

We stayed for 12 days - having 2 families for 6 of those days and there was plenty of room for all of us. Attractions ( ESPN/Disney/Universal) were all easy and quick to get to. Lots of dinning and shopping close by. Community property is well maintained, very quiet and staff very friendly. We will definitely save here again in the future.

My family of three enjoyed the condo and thought it was great. It was exactly as pictured. Bright and spacious. The community pool was right across the street. Shopping centers close by with a local Publix to buy groceries. Would definitely stay again.

This place is exactly as pictured and described. It's VERY clean, very stylish and comfortable. Normally I take a few days to settle in wherever I go, but not here! I immediately felt AT HOME! The walk to the beach is relaxing and safe. I love this location a lot, I want to buy a property here. Please, do not hesitate to book this place, it's an ideal location for sun, sand and relaxation.

Fantastic property, ideally situated to make the most of our holiday in Florida.
